Western Downs Regional Council (WDRC) reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute presenters and amenities, and to vary programs and audience capacity of the Festival without notice.
Refund Policy
If for any reason, WDRC cancels the Festival, the purchase price of the tickets will be refunded. If for any reason WDRC postpones the Festival, the purchaser can elect for the tickets to be transferred to the new date or request a refund of the purchase price.
